PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara (BMN) officially became part of PT Berdikari (Persero) and positioned itself as the only State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) specializing in furniture and wood-based products. Since its inception, BMN has been committed to developing the furniture and wood product industry, producing items that are not only of high quality but also competitive in both domestic and international markets.
BMN’s flagship products include beach chairs, various types of tables, and other wood-based products that have been exported to numerous countries, establishing BMN as the pioneer BUMN in exporting wood-based furniture products from Indonesia.

In 2008, BMN marked a new chapter in its history by centralizing all operational activities and business management in Pandaan, East Java. This strategic move was not only aimed at enhancing efficiency and production quality but also signified the beginning of a new era in BMN’s business journey. Through the restructuring of business processes and strengthening of resources, BMN began to establish itself as a major player in the national furniture industry.
BMN’s presence in East Java, particularly in Pandaan—a labor-intensive area—has brought positive impacts to the surrounding community. The company has not only contributed to the growth of the manufacturing industry but has also created extensive employment opportunities and supported the local economy sustainably through workforce absorption and the empowerment of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises).
