Carrying the theme “Innovation in Motion, Growth in Action,” the celebration was held in a spirit of togetherness and attended by all employees. The celebration began with remarks from the Director of PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara, followed by a prayer and a traditional tumpeng-cutting ceremony, symbolizing gratitude for the company’s journey and achievements over the years. As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen an excellent and sustainable workplace culture, PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara also reiterated the importance of implementing the 6S principles, consisting of Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), Shitsuke (Sustain/Discipline), and Safety. The session was followed by the signing of a 6S Commitment Declaration, reflecting the collective dedication of all employees to fostering an organized, safe, and productive working environment.
