Gratification Report Simulation
PT Berdikari consistently and continuously implements the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in order to enhance the Company’s value and ensure its long-term business growth.
In carrying out its business activities, interactions and relationships between various parties—both internal and external—are inevitable, as part of building sustainable and harmonious cooperation, without disregarding ethics and GCG principles.
In the context of business relationships, one common and often unavoidable occurrence in daily work practices is the giving or receiving of Gratification from one party to another. Therefore, to maintain healthy business relationships with stakeholders, it is necessary to regulate matters related to Gratification and the procedures or mechanisms for reporting it within the Company.
The Company recognizes the importance of a firm stance in handling Gratification involving Berdikari personnel, even though in certain circumstances, Gratification may be difficult to avoid. To address this, the Company has developed the Gratification Control Guidelines, which refer to applicable laws and regulations, and are aligned with the Company’s Corporate Governance Guidelines (Code of Corporate Governance), Code of Ethics & Conduct, as well as the values upheld within the Company.
Based on the above, PT Berdikari hereby publishes the 2022 Gratification Control Report.
