Acting Director of PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara, Andre Andika Adhiguna, said in his speech that R.A. Kartini is an inspiration for all employees, especially women, to continue to develop, work, and dare to contribute more broadly in the professional environment.

The Kartini Day commemoration event was also attended by the Head of the Department of Women’s Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning (P3AP2KB), Mr. Mohammad Agus Masjhady, S.Sos., M.Si. In his presentation, he highlighted the importance of women’s roles within the family as the foundation for societal progress.
“Women hold a strategic position in shaping the next generation, both within the family and in their social and professional roles. Equality is not just about rights, but also about opportunities and recognition of women’s contributions across various aspects of life,” said Mr. Mohammad Agus Masjhady.
