Anti Gratification Policy

Berdikari is committed to creating a clean organization free from practices of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN). The Company strives to close all potential gaps that may lead to KKN practices within Berdikari by earnestly implementing established policies. The Company will impose strict sanctions on any form of KKN involving Berdikari personnel.

The gratification control guidelines reflect the Company’s commitment to clearly defining corruption down to its simplest understanding. Through these guidelines, the Company encourages all Berdikari personnel to commit to applying the gratification control policy in the workplace, including in interactions with Stakeholders.

PT Berdikari has implemented ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) with a commitment to conducting business based on the Company’s values and the principles of the 4 No’s, namely:

  1. No Bribery (No bribery, extortion, or coercion);
  2. No Kickback (No commissions, gratuities, or profit-sharing);
  3. No Gift (No inappropriate or undue gifts);
  4. No Luxurious Hospitality (No excessive entertainment or hospitality).

The implementation of ABMS for Berdikari personnel is carried out through, among others:

  1. Signing of the Integrity Pact by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors to implement ABMS;
  2. Signing of Commitment by Berdikari personnel;
  3. Conducting socialization sessions/webinars with Stakeholders;
  4. Creating banners and placing stickers in work units;
  5. Including anti-corruption clauses in all agreements with third parties.
