Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS)

The SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System is one of the Company’s commitments to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices and anti-bribery measures, while assessing the risks associated with each activity carried out by every department/work unit within the Company. This is reflected in the interpretation of attitudes and behaviors in accordance with the code of conduct that forms part of the Company’s culture. The Anti-Bribery Management System serves as a behavioral reference for Management and Employees in managing the Company to achieve its Vision and Mission, as well as to control bribery practices by preventing, detecting, reporting, and addressing bribery incidents.

Scope

The scope of implementing the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) includes:

  • Bribery committed by the Company
  • Bribery committed by Employees acting on behalf of the Company or for personal gain
  • Bribery committed by the Company’s business partners acting on behalf of the Company or for their own benefit
  • Direct and indirect bribery
