Pandaan, January 5, 2026 — PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara (BMN) held its Early Year Town Hall as an initial step to welcome 2026 with a spirit of optimism and togetherness. The event was attended in person by the Director and all BMN employees, and was also joined virtually by the Board of Commissioners and the Audit Committee of PT BMN. The forum served as a moment of performance reflection as well as an opportunity to align the company’s direction and a unified work spirit for the year ahead.
In his remarks, the Board of Commissioners of PT BMN, Aas Syiarudin Hasbi Al Islahi, emphasized the importance of preparing the 2026 Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) as the primary guideline for achieving performance targets. The RKAP is expected to be formulated realistically and comprehensively, taking into account resource readiness, regulatory compliance, and the strengthening of the work ecosystem to ensure the company becomes more solid and productive.
The Audit Committee of PT BMN, Andy Wijaya, conveyed his appreciation for the improvement in performance and corporate governance. Performance evaluation was viewed as a critical foundation for continuous improvement and the strengthening of business transformation, supported by the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Director of PT BMN, Andre Andika Adhiguna, stated that 2026 represents a key takeoff phase for BMN’s growth journey. The company will focus on strengthening mindset, enhancing human capital competencies, reinforcing work discipline, and accelerating the digitalization of business processes to ensure BMN remains adaptive and competitive.
On the same occasion, the Director of PT BMN expressed his appreciation to all employees for their dedication throughout 2025. Management acknowledged that the accomplishments attained were the result of synergy, commitment, and the collective hard work of all BMN personnel, serving as a strong foundation to move into 2026 with optimism and unity.
