GCG Guidelines and Code of Ethics & Conduct
With the issuance of Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, serving as one of the means to optimize public oversight of the administration of the state and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as public bodies, this law aims to realize good and accountable governance (Good Corporate Governance) through the application of the principles of accountability and transparency, while encouraging active public participation.
PT Berdikari places great importance on meeting public information needs, as part of its commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness.
The guidelines for implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at PT Berdikari are as follows.
The Company’s Code of Ethics & Conduct serves as a manifestation of commitment and elaborates the Core Values of PT Berdikari, namely Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative (AKHLAK), to ensure that Berdikari Personnel understand, implement, and internalize these Core Values with sincerity, consistency, and discipline—resulting in daily behaviors and a work culture at PT Berdikari that align with the Company’s Core Values.
This Code of Ethics & Conduct is designed to serve as a behavioral reference for the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and Employees as Berdikari Personnel in managing the Company to achieve its Vision, Mission, and Goals.
